A Note from our CEO, Tom Britt
As we look ahead at 2020 and beyond, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and explain why we are so excited about our future. In the last two years, our franchise system has experienced 71.3% growth with each of our publications averaging 7.5% sales growth in 2019 alone. Our integration of digital ads, social media promotions, email blasts, and mobile apps combined with our monthly print publications generates satisfied local business customers. Small businesses find our advertising packages affordable and effective ways to reach their targeted audiences.
This year, we’re going to continue to expand our franchise offering into new territories and further develop our digital footprint with some programs we will be piloting in the coming months. In a media world where daily and weekly newspapers have struggled to adapt to the changing landscape and shrunk in size and/or circulation, our network continues to flourish because of our willingness to adapt and innovate.
A heart-felt “thank you” to all our advertisers, franchisees, freelance writers and photographers, support team, and of course our readers for supporting us in our mission to spotlight local. The Towne Post Network continues to grow, evolve, expand, and redefine how magazines will be delivered and consumed.
