COVID-19 has impacted and uprooted our daily lives in a manner none of us could have ever anticipated.  During this unprecedented time of uncertainly, like everyone else, Vision Event Management is monitoring forecasts of when we might be back up and, literally, running together again. The health, safety and well-being of our participants, volunteers, partners, staff and overall community remain our foremost priorities.  We are committed to producing and promoting active lifestyle events in our beloved 317 communities.  With your support, we look forward to a future of events for our participants, charity partners, businesses and communities throughout Indianapolis.

RUN(317) Speedway, originally scheduled for May 28, has been re-scheduled for Thursday, September 17.  All currently registered RUN(317) Speedway participants (whether you registered for the individual race or as part of the 3- or 5-race series) will remain registered for this new event date.  No action is needed. This first-time event in Speedway will be worth the wait!  The town is beyond excited to host us, and many surprises are in the works!  If you are not able to attend on the rescheduled event date, please contact us at

June 18 :  Butler-Tarkington benefiting School on Wheels
July 30:  Mass Ave benefiting Girls on the Run
September 3:  Carmel benefiting Kids’ Voice of Indiana
September 17 (NEW DATE):  Speedway benefiting Speedway Lions Club
October 8:  Fountain Square benefiting Keep Indianapolis Beautiful

We will continue to monitor updates from health organizations and municipal agencies and form additional contingency plans and communicate updates for other RUN(317) events, as necessary.

Our April and May prices increases have been suspended to lessen the pressure of having to make immediate registration decisions.  Our first price increase will take effect on June 25.

Our local non-profit partners and the individuals within our community who they serve have been hit hard by this pandemic.  If you are able, please consider making a small donation to one of our RUN(317) charitable partners by clicking here.

Thank you for your patience as we all continue to navigate through this uncharted and ever-evolving period of time.  As athletes, we train for varying distances and terrains.  What we are all experiencing now may very well be our greatest uphill battle ever.   But together we stand as a running community, and we will conquer this challenge, and get back on solid ground.  Most importantly, please continue to take measures to keep you, your family and your community safe. While your training goals may have been altered slightly, stick with it! Staying active is so important in maintaining a healthy mind and body.

With gratitude,

Jeff Graves
