Lily & Sparrow Grand Opening at Carmel City Center

Carmel, IN - Carmel City Center is excited to announce the Grand Opening celebration for Lily & Sparrow Boutique at Carmel City Center on Saturday, September 19, 2020 on the plaza at 724 S. Rangeline Road.image011

Lily & Sparrow, a women’s lifestyle and clothing boutique, will have a soft opening on September 10, 2020 followed by the grand opening on September 19, 2020. During the soft opening weekend, September 10th through September 12th, guests can enjoy 15% off all clothing. Guests are encouraged to stop by all day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the grand opening festivities on September 19th which will include 20% off storewide, gift with a purchase over $100 (while supplies last), giveaway entry for every $50 spent and sips and treats all day.

Owned by sisters Steph and Jen Miller, Lily & Sparrow prides itself on being a peaceful, safe place for women to shop the latest styles that vary from feminine to edgy. Guests can shop lines such as Free People, Chaser, LA made, Gentle Fawn, Dolce Vita shoes, 31 Bits Jewelry, ABLE leather goods and more.

Lily & Sparrow first opened their doors 6 years ago and, along with their clientele, have grown into what will be their first prominent storefront space at Carmel City Center. “We are excited to open and look forward to meeting the Carmel community,” said Jen Miller. “We have a huge fall merchandise launch that we are excited to introduce to the community in the new shop.”  Lily & Sparrow will offer personal styling services and collaborative pop up shops. Hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lily & Sparrow Boutique is located at 724 S. Range Line Road in Carmel. Surface parking is available along Range Line Road, on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive), in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road as well as City Center Drive) and in the Veterans Way garage.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010. The penthouse condominiums are all committed. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space.

Carmel City Center is the location for The Center for the Performing Arts, which includes a 1,600 seat world-class concert hall named “The Palladium,” a 500-seat theater named “The Tarkington” and a 200-seat black box theater. About The Nash
The Nash, a three-story, $10 million mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of City Center on the west side of Range Line Road. It contains 30 one, two and three bedroom apartments on the second and third floors and 8,000 square feet of commercial space at street level.

About The United Fidelity Bank Buildings
The United Fidelity Bank buildings, formerly known as the Baldwin & Chambers buildings, a four-story, mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of Carmel City Center and north of The Nash on the west side of Range Line Road. It contains 26 studio, one and two bedroom apartments on the third and fourth floors and 31,000 square feet of commercial space on street and plaza level.

Addendum Gallery, The Cake Bake Shop, InCycle Strength, Lantz Collective and Oliver’s Twist are currently open. United Fidelity Bank will be relocating to their new location within this building this fall. Pedcor is in various stages of lease negotiations with restaurant, retail and service concepts.
